HYGIENIC WATER COOLING MACHINES SPECIAL FOR BAKERY
The satinless hygienic water cooling machines we have produced are a first in Türkiye and in the World with their working system and design and have been specially designed in line with the needs of the bakery industry.
The most important feature of the machine is its cylindrical design and the cooling process is carried out hygienically and fragmentally around the water tank.
 
We have 3 models of machines as mass production. MS-C300 and MM-D600 model machines cools the water in 3 parts and ML-X900 in 4 parts.
 
In order for the machine to work and function better, the cooling process is controlled by a microscopic digital thermostat.
 
Owing to the defrost program uploded to the digital thermostat of our machine, the compressor automatically stops at certain intervals and dissolves the ice it has made in the water while cooling the water and brings it to the surface fragmentally. ( due to these ices, a second cooling capacity is obtained in the machine ).
 
When the user starts to use the cold water from the machine, the mains water is poured over the ice that rises to the surface while filling the water of the machine by means of the float. In this way, pre-cooling takes place while the ice melts.
 
Note: by loading a program to the machine, the pieces of ice that appear on the surface are used to reduce the temperature of the mains water which means pre-cooling.
 
As for the energy savings of the machine, as a result of the tests carried out in the light of the pre-cooling owing to the ice coming to the surface and the superior technical features of the machine, it has been seen that it provides up to %70 electricity savings compared to the serpantine water cooling machines.
 
In case of any problem such as ;condenser pollution, fan motor failure, gas leakage which force the machine to malfunction, the combined pressure switch that we have installed in the machine cuts the energy and protects the machine so a possible compressor failure is prevented.
 
By taking into consideration the situations such as floater failure that may occur in the future, an overflow outlet has been placed in the machine so that the water does not overflow the machine and cause any electrical problems. By this means, a possible overflow event is prevented since the water will flow from the overflow pipe, not over the machine.
